Open for entry: The Banker's Innovation in Technology and Transaction Banking Awards 2013.
This is a chance for banks and technology providers to showcase their innovations and technological improvements and to be recognised by an international audience for their achievements.
As previously, there will be a survey of banks' chief information officers and heads of technology to decide on the best technology providers.
For the first time we are running a comprehensive set of awards for transaction banking, in recognition of the importance of transaction banking to the industry as a whole.
The results will be announced in our September issue which will be distributed at Sibos.
Please find attached the list of categories and criteria, and the entry form. To enter the awards please complete the entry form and submit tobanker_tech@ft.com by Friday, June 21.

Each year, The Banker’s Technology Awards gather entries from around the world and this year was no exception with more than 300 entries covering all regions from Asia, America, Europe and the BRIC economies – a record. The variety of entries has demonstrated that banks worldwide are rising to the twin challenges of meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements by implementing new solutions and innovating across channels and markets. This year’s awards recognise these successes and identify the most likely technologies that banks should be watching carefully for the next year.
