1. What makes your country attractive to investors?

A transparent economy, high levels of income and social security, a stable political environment, good levels of education and technology, and a prominent global position in manufacturing industries and telecommunications.

2. What are the economic prospects for your country over the next three to five years?

Continued stable economic growth in a low inflation and interest rate environment. Employment is likely to rise from the current relatively subdued level.

3. How do you foresee the financial sector in your country changing?

Strong competition will continue with innovation, product development and new players gaining importance. Integration of the Baltic Sea Region will continue with Swedish financial institutions leveraging their competencies.

4. What role will your bank play in your country’s future development?

It will leverage on the size, scale and scope of being a significant player not only in Sweden, but also in Finland, Denmark and Norway, the Baltics and Poland.
