The bonus cap has been scrapped in the UK — bankers are now free to rake in as much money as they can! Well, that’s the theory — let’s see how it plays out.

On October 31, the Bank of England’s (BoE) prudential arm lifted a cap that had limited bankers’ bonuses to a maximum of double their base pay.
