EDS is making headway in France with the French banking industry’s first complete IT outsourcing contract. Regional bank Banque Hervet has hired EDS to manage its IT infrastructure, desktop and server management, and provide applications support.
As a result of this six-year deal, EDS is creating a banking skills centre with which it hopes to serve the growing sector.
