Experts note that as a consequence of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, tens of thousands of tech-savvy immigrants fleeing the conflict’s shockwaves have arrived in Armenian capital Yerevan. This has led to new inflows of capital, expertise and businesses, which have altered the country’s economic growth trajectory.
